MUSIC BARN is 50' x 100' with a 12' x 24' stage for a band and a 12' x 12' wooden dance floor.  The barn will easily accommodate 300 people.  There is ample area for parking.

The following items are included with the barn rental:

  • folding tables and chairs
  • trash receptacles with bags
  • portable toilets and supplies

 

The RENTER has the following responsibilities:

  • providing food for the affair
  • supplying music/entertainment (must end by 10 pm)
  • BYOB (alcohol is permitted but must be handled by the renter)
  • gathering trash

 

RENTAL FEES

up to 100 people     $1000*

up to 200 people    $1100*

up to 300 people    $1200*

over 300 people       to be determined*

* To reserve a date a security deposit of $250 is required; this deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled for any reason. 

This security deposit will be returned within 7 working days following the event IF there are no damages. 

 RENTAL FEE IS DUE IN FULL ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
