Flea Market Venders

Saturdays and Sundays 7 am to 2 pm May 15, 16, 22, 23( Outside space Only) June 12, 13, 26, 27 July 17, 18, 24, 25 August 14, 15, 28, 29 September 18, 19, 25(no inside space), 26 October 16, 17, 23, 24 Inside Spaces $20 per day----Outside Spaces $10 per day Inside spaces MUST be reserved 1 week in advance. Outside spaces may or may not be reserved. RAIN or SHINE!!! NO REFUNDS!!!

Market Building Consignment

We are now accepting consignments for inside our Market Building.   Spaces available January 7th to April 23rd.  Hours of Operation: Thursdays and Fridays 9 am to 2 pm (weather permitting)    $4.00 per day (for open days only) Prepay for 8 Days and get a picture posted on our website!

Music Barn Rental-BYOB

Our Music Barn is 50' x 100' Includes a Stage and Dance floor. No Heat or AC Available 7 days per week 5-6 hour rental. Call for Holiday prices Plenty of Parking Daytime: 9 am till 5 pm $250 for 100 people--$300 for 200 people--$350 for 250 people( additional $50 per 50 people) Evenings: 5 pm till 11 pm (Festivities must conclude by 10 pm due to "Zoning Ordinance") $300 for 100 people--$350 for 200 people--$400 for 250 people (additional $50 per 50 people) Prices Include: Plenty of Parking, folding tables/chairs, paper towels, 1 refrigerator, 2 microwaves, 4 tables to serve food, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, disposal of garbage, Portable toilet( 1 for 100 people, 2 for 200 people, 3 for 300 people) Prices Do Not Include: Food, table clothes, napkins, eating utensils, plates, cups, ice, coolers, decorations, etc.. Great for Company Gatherings, Family Reunions, Receptions, Meetings, Class Reunions, etc.. $50 deposit at time of booking the event. Will be applied to rental fee. Non-refundable. Picnic Lawn Rental-No Pets

Our lawn area is 100' x 200' Available 7 days per week 5-6 hour rental Call for Holiday prices Plenty of Parking Daytime only: 9 am till 5 pm $100 for 100 people--$125 for 200 people--$150 for 250 people( additional $50 per 50 people) BYOB-No Glass allowed on the Picnic area. All alcohol must be in cans, cups, etc...
