 Post subject: Strawberry Yogurt Soup

4 cups pureed strawberries
1 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1/4 fresh orange juice
1 tsp grated fresh orange peel
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a large bowl, blend with wire whisk. Cover, chill for 6 hrs or until very cold. Spoon soup into chilled bowls or cups.
