Scarecrow Farm

5 Medium tomatoes, diced, seeded, and drained
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro or parsley
1 tbsp minced fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients. Stir gently, cover and chill. Serve with tortilla chips, fish, or chicken. Keeps a long time in the fridge.
