Scarecrow Farm

1 (18.5 oz) package devils food cake mix (with pudding)
2 cups shredded zucchini (fresh or frozen)

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13x9x2 inch pan. Prepare cake mix as directed EXCEPT decrease water to 1 cup. Stir in zucchini. Bake until cake pulls away from sides of pan and springs back when touched in the center, 35 to 37 minutes. Cooking times may vary. Frost as Desired.

If using frozen zucchini, drain to remove most of the liquid.
